A Quality Beano Needs The Finest Of Chips

If you are Beanoing and I frequently am, then round about lunchtime you need chips and by chips, I mean the finest of chips.  Which, when I am in Newport means a visit to The Harbour Fish Bar. Which, by the way, is nowhere near the harbour. I know the story and it’s a long story but not for today.
